Is the personal information sent over the web-based contact form or via e-mail stored?
For contact and support purposes we allow our customers to contact us via a web-based formular and e-mail. Our customers are not obliged to send in any personal data (e.g. name or e-mail address). However, to respond to our customers' requests we need at least an e-mail address. Anonymous requests can be sent but cannot be replied to. If our customers decide to disclose any personal data, we guarantee that their data is not saved for any other purposes but processing their request. As soon as we have processed their requests, the data is deleted from our systems. We do not sell or give away any personal data to third parties. Personal data gathered from e-mails and web requests is protected against any unauthorized access.
Is my personal data protected during the online order process?
