Where can I get help?

You can use the StudyProf 3.0 User & Support Forum for general questions as well as feature and support requests. This is highly recommended if you think your question might be of interest to other StudyProf users. If you think it more appropriate, you are also free to send the developer an e-mail.

How can I get an introduction to StudyProf FlashCards?

StudyProf features a comprehensive help file covering an introduction to the software, which will guide you through your first steps. Simply click F1 from within the application to display the help file.

StudyProf has been developed with the goal to create a truly intuitive user experience. So just launch the application and get right into it. You will feel familiar with it sooner than you thinkg.

Online demos and screencasts will be offered on this site in some time.

What can I do if I'm having serious troubles trying to update my version of StudyProf?

Before updating to newer versions, please make sure to create a backup of your entire database using StudyProf's built-in backup tool, which can be reached through Tools | Backup Management.

Always remember to create regular backups of your files and copy these backups to external hard drives where they are stored safely.

In case you're having troubles after updating to the latest StudyProf version, please uninstall the application and re-install the earlier version by downloading its setup package from the download page.
